All new branded coffees we launch will come under the Return Fair Scheme

Existing products will be offered to customers for upgrade into the scheme. This is totally transparent – 20p per kg will simply be added to the price of coffee.

Own label customers may also elect to be within the scheme or not and once again, the same applies, 20p per kg will be added to the existing price or will be incorporated in any quotes for new business.

Once you elect to be a Return Fair Customer you can be confident that 20p for every kilo of great coffee is contributed to the fund. This compares with very favourably with other ethical and sustainable schemes. You should also be confident that this makes sense – you only need to add less than ½ pence to every coffee you serve, even if serving double shot espressos, to more than cover this cost – ½ pence – not much of an increase for your customers.
